Who We are
Transforming individual narratives into the power to shape our collective future.
INCANDI is a Malaysia-based urban living lab and co-creation platform.
We design inclusive systems and immersive labs to prototype more inclusive and sustainable cities.
From field-based insights to strategic advisory (E&S, HRDD, NbS), we translate lived experience into actionable strategies, policy pathways, and real-world implementation.
We work with communities, youth, and institutions to test and shape new ways of learning, collaborating, and acting together—facilitating spaces for mutual unlearning beyond traditional “helper–beneficiary” models.
We recognize Indigenous communities, refugees, and migrants not as “recipients of support,” but as Knowledge Partners—bringing lived expertise, resilience, and innovation to shape the future of cities, policies, and communities.

INCANDI（インカンディ「内側から光る」の意）は、都市やコミュニティを学びと実践のフィールドラボと捉え、人々の生きた経験（Lived Experience）を、より包摂的で持続可能な未来を形づくる対話・共創・実践へとつなげる共創プラットフォームです。
私たちは、背景や立場の異なる人々の声や経験を都市づくりや組織・社会の意思決定へと接続しながら、誰もが未来を「試作」できるしなやかなコミュニティや実証型プロジェクトをデザインしています。
「支援する／される」という関係を超え、コミュニティを知のパートナーとして位置づけ、多様な主体が共に問いを立て、学び、未来を共創するプロセスを設計しています。
